Yumiko KAKUTA

Born and raised in Tokyo.

After graduating from university in Japan,

I moved to France to study business and later worked for  global companies.

​

Photography had been my passion since my university days, and in 2020

I decided to pursue it professionally, starting my career as a freelance photographer.

​

While working mainly with corporate and commercial clients,

I have also photographed over 1,000 people for their family portrait.

I always aim to capture each family’s unique story -

the expressions, atmosphere, and moments that can only be seen at that particular time.

​

In 2025, I have moved to Singapore and began my  family photography business.

As a Japanese photographer, I strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience

that becomes a cherished memory for every family.

​

In my personal life, I welcomed my first baby in 2025 and became a mother.
