Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all individuals and corporations using Yumiko Photography. 1. About Photography Services We provide on-site photography services for family, maternity, newborn, and other photography. The content of the shoot, delivery format, and fees will be determined by the plan we will inform you of in advance. 2. Reservations and Payment Reservations can be made via the designated form or message. We will respond within two business days. Payment can be made via PayNow. Please transfer payment by the day before the shoot. 3. About Delivery After the shoot, the photos will be selected, retouched, and delivered to our online gallery. Delivery usually takes about 10 days. We retain the copyright to the delivered data, which you may use for personal purposes only. If you wish to use the data for commercial purposes, please be sure to contact us in advance to discuss the purpose and usage. Data will be delivered in JPEG format. We do not deliver in RAW format. We store photos for one month after delivery. Please be careful not to forget to download or save them after delivery. 4. Regarding Photo Publication We may post photos we take on social media, websites, etc. You must confirm and agree to whether or not you wish to post your photos before the shoot. For special plans such as monitor plans, posting may be a condition. 5. Regarding Injuries and Accidents During Shooting Whether photographing on-site, in-studio, or at an event, we always photograph under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We take the utmost care to avoid accidents, injuries, or damage during the shoot, but we cannot accept ultimate responsibility, regardless of whether the incident was intentional or unintentional. Please understand this and cooperate with us, prioritizing the safety of your child. 6. Regarding Date Changes There is no cancellation fee for date changes due to bad weather or a child's sudden illness. The change date will be proposed based on the available schedule at the time. In the unlikely event that a rescheduling request cannot be accommodated (e.g., due to a return trip), there will be no cancellation fee. If a re-shoot is necessary, a separate fee will be charged. 7. Cancellation Fees In the event of a cancellation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged: 1 month to 2 weeks prior to the shoot date: 100 SGD Within 1 week of the shoot date: 200 SGD On the day of the shoot: Full fee, exclu
