This website (hereinafter referred to as “this site”) is operated by Yumiko (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of use for the photography services we provide (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals and corporations who use Yumiko Photography.

1. Photography Services

We provide on-location photography services, including family sessions, maternity photos, and newborn photography.
The shooting details, delivery format, fees, and other conditions will follow the plan provided to you in advance.

2. Reservations and Payment

Reservations can be made through the designated form or by message. We will reply within two business days.
Payment is accepted via PayNow. Please complete the payment by the day before the photoshoot.

3. Delivery of Photos

After the session, we will select and retouch the images before delivering them via an online gallery.

The standard delivery time is approximately 10 days.

All copyrights for the delivered images remain with us. Clients may use the photos for personal use only.

For any secondary or commercial use, please contact us in advance with the intended purpose and usage.

Photos are delivered in JPEG format. RAW files are not available.
We store the delivered data for one month from the delivery date.
Please ensure you download and save your photos promptly.

4. Use of Photos

We may share photos taken during your session on our website, social media, or other promotional platforms.

We will always confirm and obtain your consent before publishing any images.

For special plans such as monitor plans, publication may be a required condition.

5. Injuries and Accidents During the Session

During on-location, studio, or event photography, we conduct all sessions within the guardian’s line of sight.

We take the utmost care to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage; however, we cannot take final responsibility for any incidents that occur, regardless of intent or negligence.
Please cooperate with us to ensure your child’s safety at all times.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling due to bad weather or a child’s sudden illness will not incur any cancellation fee.
New dates will be offered based on our availability at the time of rescheduling.
If a reshoot becomes necessary, a separate reshoot fee will apply.

7. Cancellation Fees

If the client cancels for personal reasons, the following fees apply:

From 1 month to 2 weeks before the session: 100 SGD
Within 1 week before the session: 200 SGD
On the day of the session: Full fee (excluding transportation costs)

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information provided by clients will be used only for reservation management and product delivery, and will not be used for any other purpose.

9. Service Details

Service contents and fees may be changed without prior notice.
